West Haldimand General Hospital – Strategic Planning Survey
(Hagersville) – West Haldimand General Hospital (WHGH) is developing our 2024-2029 Strategic Plan and we want you to be involved! Your valuable perspectives will guide us in creating a plan that genuinely reflects the needs and aspirations of our community and organization.
We are working with Optimus SBR, an organization that specializes in strategic planning to develop a comprehensive and informed strategic plan. As part of this work, we are committed to ensuring that individuals have the opportunity to help shape the organization’s future. As a result, Optimus SBR is conducting a survey to gather feedback from staff and physicians, volunteers, clients/residents/tenants, care partners, community partners, and the general public. Information provided by you in this survey will help us determine how we intend to enhance the way we provide services to our patients, clients, and their families over the next five years.

Why We Participate in Strategic Planning
WHGH engages in strategic planning to review our mission, vision, and values, and determine objectives and define a pathway to achieve our goals. Think of our Strategic Plan as a roadmap, it illustrates specific goals that we’d like to achieve by the end of the four-year period. These goals influence our initiatives, projects, and decisions.
The questions in this survey will be geared to you based on your experience with WHGH. If you fall under more than one category, please feel free to complete the survey multiple times under each applicable category.
Individually completed surveys will remain confidential by Optimus SBR. Information provided to WHGH will be compiled into statistics and themes.
